Shambhavi Fitzpatrick

My work is rooted in the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

After twenty-five years performing and teaching dance, I graduated from The New School for Massage, Bodywork & Healing in Chicago in 2005, then deepened my knowledge in the foothills of the Himalayas, studying Hatha, Ashtanga, and yoga therapy. Today I blend deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy and postpartum massage, myofascial release, sports massage, Thai massage, breath work, and energy techniques, along with CranioSacral Therapy through ongoing study with the Upledger Institute.

As a mother, a lifelong student, and a therapist, I know every body carries its own story. I try to meet you where you are.
